Dear Patients and Family Members,
Dr. Earl will be retiring from Allergy & Asthma Centres of the Metroplex. His last day will be August 12, 2022. All patients seen in the last two years will receive an email notification from the patient portal with his departure letter.
Dr. Earl will be passing his patients over to his two physician partners Dr. Stephen Apaliski and Dr. Neil Singhania as well as our new physician Dr. Naiya Patel.
If you would like to see another physician outside of our practice, please request your Medical Records by filling out our Medical Records Request form on the website under the “Patients” tab.
All of your current records will still be kept on file here at Allergy & Asthma Centres of the Metroplex and remain confidential as per federal law.
